Verification Results
You can find your verification results in the Verifications and Applicants tabs of the Analytics panel.
Verifications
Track and manage completed verifications using filters like date range, statuses, forms and countries.
To generate a report of all verification results, simply click ‘Create report’. Once the report is ready, it will automatically download. Additionally, you can find the report available for download on the Reports page.
Click on the specific verification to learn its details.
On the verification file page, results are organised into sections: Overview, Duplicate Check Results, Database Screening, Session Information, and Callbacks.

The Overview section includes profile details, document information, biometric check screenshots and videos, and face-matching results.

On the right side, you'll find technical details such as applicant ID, verification ID, external ID, exact creation time, form name, and price charged.
To change the status of the verification, click the "Review Applicant" button in the upper-right corner.
The Duplicates section displays results for Data Matches, Face Matches, and Device Matches. Click on any match to view the details.
The Database Screening section shows results for both black database screening and custom blacklist screening.
Review the Session information in the next section.
The Callback Section provides request and response details, with the option to resend the callback if necessary.
